General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Purpose

These GTCS govern the sale of food products (yogurts and derivatives) by Yogurt Kitchen to individual and professional customers in Belgium.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible on our sales platforms. Images are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros, including VAT. Yogurt Kitchen reserves the right to change prices at any time. Orders are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of confirmation.

4. Orders

Any order implies full acceptance of these GTCS. Yogurt Kitchen reserves the right to refuse any order in case of prior disputes or non-payment.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering and can be made via bank card, transfer, or other accepted methods. Late payments may incur penalties in accordance with Belgian law.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative. Yogurt Kitchen cannot be held liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods. No returns will be accepted for opened or improperly stored food products.

8. Warranties

Products are covered by Belgian legal warranties for conformity and hidden defects. Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

9. Liability

Yogurt Kitchen shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. Liability is limited to the order amount.

10. Personal Data

Data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations. In accordance with GDPR, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

11. Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Walloon Brabant shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
